The Clarity Catalyst is a simple, yet effective, workshop based on the Stanford University Master’s degree program in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
Delivered LIVE by Master Mindset Coach, Heather Everett, this workshop introduces students to practical mindset tools and powerful relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress, improve your sense of fulfillment, enhance creativity and promote wellbeing.
